CDL Driver

Full-time · Northern Virginia

Operate a Champion residential waste collection truck across our Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, and Arlington County routes. Early morning starts, regular hours, weekends off.

Responsibilities

Operate a side-load or rear-load residential waste truck safely
Complete daily route within scheduled hours
Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Communicate with route supervisor on missed pickups, equipment issues, or unusual conditions

Requirements

Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
Clean MVR
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

Residential Helper

Full-time · Northern Virginia

Ride with our drivers and handle the cart-to-truck collection work on residential routes. Physical job, regular hours, no weekends, no CDL required.

Responsibilities

Roll residential carts to the truck and return them to the curb
Hand-collect bulk items and yard waste as needed
Maintain a safe pace alongside the truck
Communicate with the driver on access issues

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet all shift
Reliable transportation to our Fairfax yard
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
No CDL required
